Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all UK post codes.
Our free delivery over £50 (excl. VAT) offer is only available to mainland UK delivery addresses. We do not offer free shipping outside of the United Kingdom. Our free shipping offer only covers the cost of 1 parcel, up to 25kg in weight. If your order is large enough that it needs to be sent in multiple parcels, you may be asked to pay £6.79 for each additional parcel.
Shipping Cost A flat rate of £5.35 is charged on all orders over 2kg which will be delivered within 1-3 Days.We can ship bulky / heavy orders next day at a cost of £9.99 , please contact us to pay that with your order if needed. Smaller parcels below 1kg are shipped at £3.35 2nd class delivery.
Shipping
Orders placed on the website before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day however your order may take up to 2 days at busy periods or if your order is particularly large or heavy.
We will contact you directly should any problems or stock availability issues occur with your order.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, But if it is a heavier or larger order it will be delivered by APC Overnight Couriers at certain times we do use Hermes.
Discrepancies
Any discrepancies with the order must be notified to us in writing to info@sweettasteofamerica.com within 24 hr’s of the receipt. No liability will be accepted for discrepancies notified any later than 24 hr’s after receipt. Please include photographs with email.
We Cannot be Liable for Chocolate when in transit this is due to it being out of our control. So unfortunately no refunds can be given.
